This is a psychometric assessment tool designed to measure your leadership intelligence in various settings, personal and professional. You’ll be shown 29 question statements. Please select an answer that you feel reflects closest to how you feel, think and behave currently. There are no right or wrong answers, only one that is most applicable to you. We encourage you to give your honest and truthful answers so that you will get the most accurate read of your leadership intelligence.
